Comment/Description

Procrastination is a common problem, often seen in educational contexts. Especially large projects and long exam periods invite us to procrastinate. In this workshop, you will get valuable insights into procrastination and which methods can help you reduce procrastination behavior.

About the speaker:
Catrin Grobbin is a graduate psychologist, adult education instructor and coach who has been active since 2005 as a lecturer at various universities as well as for business enterprises and training institutes. She has been a tenured faculty member at the Institute of Psychology at the University of Hamburg since 2009. She also works as a coach in her own practice in Hamburg and online. She is an expert on the topics of procrastination, productivity and time/self management as well as relaxation and mindfulness.
