The purpose of this workshop is to gather relevant information about your skills, to determine which fields of work might be a good career choice for you - and to help you to convince future employers of your abilities.
Using exercises from career coaching you will develop a professional profile and compare that profile with the requirements on the job market. As a next step you can create an individual development plan: how to fill possible skill-gaps during your time as a student.
In the workshop you
• develop a profile of your core competencies
• analyze your biography in relation to aspects relevant to the job market
• evaluate your previous professional experiences
• receive basic information on how you can use this knowledge for professional orientation and job search
