Comment/Description

This course provides an introduction to managerial accounting and covers various fundamental concepts relating to the accounting environment. Topics include e. g. break-even analysis, cost accounting, activity-based costing, target costing, the value chain, customer profitability analysis, budgeting and balanced scorecard.
