Comment/Description

Die Seminare befassen sich mit den wesentlichen Managementaufgaben in den unterschiedlichen Phasen der Projektabwicklung. Dabei werden insbesondere die Methoden der Projektplanung und des Projektcontrollings anhand einer praxisnahen Fallstudie vertieft.
Ein Seminar wird in Präsenz als Blockwoche während der vorlesungsfreien Zeit angeboten. Das zweite Seminar wird modulbegleitend online angeboten.
