We will decide on the focus of the colloquium only after the participants have agreed on their areas of interest. The colloquium can take a theoretical turn (syntactic models, models of acquisition) or discuss experimental methods and new findings. The basis will be an introduction into the recent research projects on language acquisition and bilingualism, their theoretical background, methodological decisions and experimental results. The new results can open new questions, existing data can be analyzed in personal research projects, experimental methods can be adapted to investigate quite different research questions.

Requirements
Active participation is required and will be negotiated. Reading the respective literature or preparing data for the sessions is an integral part of the course.
