Im Rahmen des Seminars erwerben die Studierenden anatomisch-physiologisches Basiswissen, z. B. Herz-Kreislaufsystem, Energiebereitstellung, muskuläres System, motorische und sensorische Systeme, Sporternährung, Sportverletzungen.

Nach Abschluss des Seminars…
... können die Studierenden die menschliche Anatomie sowie zentrale physiologische und motorische Strukturen, Systeme und Prozesse beschreiben und erläutern.
... sind die Studierenden in der Lage, forschungsbasierte Empfehlungen zur sportgerechten Ernährung, zur Belastungs-/Beanspruchungssteuerung sowie zum Umgang mit Sportverletzungen auszusprechen.

Die Seminarplätze müssen in den ersten zwei Wochen durch persönliche Anwesenheit bestätigt werden.

      • Degree is Erw.fach Sonderpädagogik and Subject is Sport
      • Degree is Erw.fach Wirtschaftspädagogik and Subject is Sport
      • Degree is Erw.fach Haupt- und Realschule and Subject is Sport
      • Degree is Erw.fach Gymnasium and Subject is Sport
      • Subject is Sportwissenschaft
      • Subject is Sport
  • A defined number of seats will be assigned to these courses.
    The seats in the affected courses have been assigned at 10.10.2024 on 01:00. Additional seats may be available via a wait list.
  • The enrolment is possible from 25.09.2024, 08:00 to 20.10.2024, 23:59.
  • The following categories of people are preferred during seat allocation:
    • Degree is Master of Education (Sonderpädagogik) and Subject is Sport and Semester of study at least 2 (28 persons)
    • Subject is Sport and Semester of study at least 6 (119 persons)
    • Subject is Sportwissenschaft and Semester of study at least 6 (422 persons)
    • Degree is Master of Education (Wirtschaftspädagogik) and Subject is Sport and Semester of study at least 2 (32 persons)
