This voluntary revision course is designed to provide a systematic review of content the lecture ang 049 covers. By focusing on skills participants are expected to have aquired prior to the end-of-term testpaper, our sessions are designed to provide hands-on revision tasks and the opportunity to explore and discuss issues in EFL teaching from different angles. Your personal views and experiences will also be taken into account in order to create a comprehensive picture of your future role and skillset as EFL classroom practitioner.
Teaching methods comprise -exercises and tasks, -group assignments, -short presentations among your peers. Learning materials will be provided.
Intended Learning Outcomes: By the end of term, participants are expected to -be familiar with the content of lecture ang 049. -be able to tackle tasks applying the knowledge gained. -reflect on their own role as future EFL practitioner.
Formative assessment methods due to voluntary basis of participation: -self & peer assessment -opportunity for individual coaching and tutoring at the end of each session
Please note that the language used in this course is English! If the need arises, however, I am happy to discuss aspects in German, too.
