Comment/Description

Objective of module/competences:

This course is designed to enhance the critical thinking and analytical skills of master and doctoral candidates by engaging them in the process of scientific paper review and discussion. Through a series of interactive sessions, participants will learn to evaluate and analyze scientific papers, understand the components of effective research articles, and engage in scholarly discussions to enhance their research capabilities. The course will focus on developing skills necessary for successful peer-review processes and promoting effective communication within the scientific community.

1: Introduction to Scientific Paper Review
2: Evaluating Scientific Papers
3: Interpretation and Analysis
4: Scholarly Discussions and Presentations

Assessment:
• Regular participation in paper review and discussion sessions
• Submission of individual paper reviews and critiques
• Presentation of research findings and engaging in scholarly discussions
