Comment/Description

Ob die Rede von einer zeitgenössischen Metaphysik als sinnlos oder als ein Pleonasmus verstanden wird, hängt zunächst vom zugrundegelegten Begriff der Metaphysik ab. In diesem Seminar werden wir uns mit unterschiedlichen Konzepten der Metaphysik, ihren Sinn und ihrer Aktualität befassen. Im Vordergrund werden Fragen zum Universalienrealismus und Nominalismus, zu Substrat, Substanz und Bündel, zum Notwendigen und Möglichen und zur Kausalität stehen. Es werden keine besonderen Kenntnisse, jedoch die Bereitschaft, sich auf abstrakte Gedankengänge und Argumentationen einzulassen, vorausgesetzt.
Seminarsprachen sind deutsch und englisch. Als Prüfungsleistungen sind Referate und Hausarbeiten möglich.
