This course will introduce you to different experimental methods such as self-paced reading, eye-tracking and ERP in the field of linguistics. We will look into the benefits, possibilities and particularities of these research methods. Furthermore, we will discuss literature and previous research in which these experimental methods are used to study language processing and language acquisition. Moreover, hands-on sessions will give a practical and more direct idea of the methods.
