Kommentar/Beschreibung

The aim of this course is to introduce students to different experimental methods such as self-paced reading, eye-tracking and ERP, employed in the field of psycholinguistics. We will look into the benefits, possibilities and particularities of these research methods and discuss advantages and disadvantages of their application in different populations. Students will be able to explore the possibilities for remote/online data collection. Furthermore, we will review literature and previous research in which these experimental methods are applied.

The goal of this course is to get an insight into the different experimental methods used in psycholinguistics.
