Die Veranstaltung findet an der Universität Oldenburg und am Forschungsinstitut Senckenberg am Meer mit den Abteilungen Deutsches Zentrum für Marine Biodiversitätsforschung und Meeresforschung in Wilhelmshaven statt. Es sind Exkursionen ins Watt, auf die Inseln und Ausfahrten mit dem FK Senckenberg geplant.
