Orientation and goals

The primary focus of this degree course is human body movement and behaviour in people of all age groups, milieus, and genders in the diverse forms of modern sport and athletic culture, particularly with regards to pedagogical, sociological, medical, and athletic training oriented perspectives. Issues concerning the meaning of physical movement in educating capable subjects, in lifestyles, and in the (re)production of societal structures are especially relevant to this programme.
