To improve the tried and tested, and to break new ground. This part-time Bachelor’s degree programme provides you with a solid foundation in business administration and the skills for future business.
The degree programme qualifies experts, managers and young professionals to take on management responsibilities in business, administration, associations and organisations on a part-time basis. Students receive further training for current tasks in their profession, and new carrier opportunities are opened up by acquiring up-to-date specialist business knowledge and mastering an entrepreneurial mindset.
Whilst the degree programme's compulsory modules focus on conventional functional areas of business administration, the range of elective modules allows students to choose their own focus. Students select two of the five specialisms available:

The learning concept is specifically aimed at the needs of working students with limited time available.
The blended learning concept is composed of condensed in-person teaching and online sessions. This makes it varied not only in terms of content, but also from a methodological standpoint, as well as practice and communication-oriented. The online learning environment C3LLO allows you to be flexible with your time and study remotely wherever you are.
In order to study this course at the University of Oldenburg as a student from outside of Germany, you need an adequate knowledge of German.

This is an open admissions degree course, and applications are accepted for both the winter and summer semesters.

International applicants: There are different application procedures.
For the application procedure for the winter semester 2025/26, at least one year of professional experience is expected to be introduced as an admission requirement. This change is subject to approval by the Ministry of Science and Culture and publication in the Official Notices of the University of Oldenburg.
As soon as the admission regulations are published in the Official Notices of the University of Oldenburg, the change will take effect.
