Prerequisites | This module is aimed at students on degree programs outside of computer science. Students of the Department of Computer Science of the Bachelor's and Master's degree programs in Computer Science and Business Informatics are not part of the target group. |
Skills to be acquired in this module | Graduates of the module have acquired a deeper understanding of basic theories and techniques of computer science and can classify problems that arise. Students will be able to structure and model simple tasks from their subject area using computer science tools, design solution approaches and estimate the solution effort. They have a basic understanding of the design and use of relational databases. |
