| Modulinhalte | The course starts with an introductory seminar every morning. Then, several experiments will be done over two day’s round robin. Different physiological processes are analyzed using various techniques, e.g. investigation of microbial growth under oxic and anoxic conditions, determination of protein contents and measurement of substrate turnover rates. |
