They can evaluate the capability of the concepts and technologies to design Internet-based applications. The students will apply these concepts and techniques in a project. Professional competence

Module contents | The module deals with the basic development concepts of Internet-based applications. It covers relevant client technologies of web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), server technologies (forms, servlets, PHP, databases) and technologies for client server communication (AJAX, WebSockets, Web services, Social-Media-APIs)). Additional topics are web design, Internet law, security and web search. |
