The students will learn the fundamentals of the topic Entrepreneurship, including the challenges of founding enterprises and entrepreneurial action in established companies.
Module contents
This module deals with the development of business ideas and its realization in business models as well as its perception and evaluation. The content of the lecture further includes issues relating to team-building, resources, and finance, as well as establishing a business plan, the question of the appropriate legal form of an organization, and the specific challenges in the growth stage.
Particular aspects will be amplified by guest lecturers from companies.
