Im Basismodul 1 geht es um den Erwerb von Grundkenntnissen des modernen Hocharabisch. Dieser Kurs vermittelt die arabische Sprache und Schrift. Sie werden eingeführt in grammatische Grundstrukturen (Satzbau, Wortbildung). Typisch islamisch-arabische Wörter wie z.B. Allah, Jihad, Islam werden etymologisch zurückverfolgt.
