Molecules of life; energy and enzymes; central metabolism; breathing; photosynthesis; anaerobic metabolism; chemolithotrophy; procaryotic and eucaryotic cell structures; microbial diversity; importance of microorganisms for human beings, plants, animals, biotechnology and earth system
cell group; signal transmission and communication between cells; meiosis; mitosis; mendelian inheritance; chromosomal and molecular basis of inheritance; replication; transcription; translation; genomic organization; mutation and repair.
