| Module contents | Die Veranstaltung knüpft an bestehende Grundlagen-Kenntnisse der Studierenden an und erweitert diese in theoretischen und methodischen Aspekten. Damit werden die Voraussetzungen dafür geschaffen, die Translationsansätze in der modernen Forschung zur Herstellung von Pharmazeutika, Biologika und Impfstoffen sowie neuer diagnostischer Methoden zu verstehen. Diese werden beispielhaft dargestellt. Die medizinischen Indikationen betreffen Krebs und Infektion. Folgende Aspekte werden vertieft behandelt: 1. Genomforschung und Gendiagnostik; 2. Rekombinante Proteine; 3. Zell- und Gentherapie; 4. Vakzinierungsstrategien; 5. Identifizierung neuer Wirkstoffe |
