Module contents | In this course, students are introduced to the use of the programming tools of Matlab in biosciences. At first, basic concepts of programming are presented and the general use of Matlab is practised. Later, the focus is on biological applications of Matlab. Exercises can be done within three weeks in individual speed. Topics: Scripts, vectors and matrics, graphics, data types, saving and loading data, functions, if-statements, loops, searching and sorting, statistics, complex data types, modelling, handles, software design |
