The different contexts need an effective leader who understands well and is able to manage individual and collective behaviors in an intercultural context.

Students will
- identify concrete steps to enhancing intercultural leadership competence, and to be cognizant of common leadership challenges.
- develop leadership skills and to reflect on behavioral tendencies by learning about organizational behavior.
- learn about the decision-making processes in organizations.
- evaluate how successfully leverage and integrate diverse skills and views in a team.
- analyse the preference of professional relationships with a close-knit group of trusted colleagues, or with a far-flung network of acquaintances from all walks of life.
