  • analyse and expand on special issues of vocational education and training especially with regard to in-company and inter-company training
Module contents

This module includes two seminars and expands on selected issues of vocational education and training concerning enterprises as special places of learning. Emphasis is made depending on topicality and focus of the lecturer. This might include the following themes: coaching, vocational education and sustainability, training of in-company trainers, modularisation and Europeanisation, manpower demand and staff recruitment, including in-company training.
