Skills to be acquired in this module
The students
  • have basic knowledge as well as deeper exemplary knowledge of the constitutional law in relation to the basic rights catalog of the German Grundgesetz
  • have critically examined the most important leading decisions of the Federal Constitutional Court
  • are able to place the constitutional law, respectively the Basic Law in the historical, political and social contexts
  • have mastered the competence to deal independently with current problems and questions from the sphere of influence of the German Basic Law
