Portfolio assessment consisting of two short tests (45 to 60 minutes) and a group poster presentation

Skills to be acquired in this module

Within this module, students develop a solid understanding of key concepts, theories, and research perspectives in Organizational Behavior. They analyze how individual behavior, group processes, and organizational structures shape interaction and performance in organizations. Classic and contemporary models are discussed critically and applied to practical management questions. Through case studies, discussions, and interactive exercises, students reflect on different perspectives on motivation, leadership, collaboration, and organizational change.

Students
• can explain and contextualize core theories of individual, group, and organizational behavior within scientific debates,
• are able to apply and critically evaluate concepts and empirical insights in practical organizational settings,
• enhance their ability to reflect on their own role and leadership behavior and strengthen their analytical and argumentative skills in dealing with organizational phenomena.
