Content: Static equilibrium (mainly 2D), frame works, friction (Coulomb), Hooke's law (3D including lateral contraction and thermal expansion), bending and torsion with planar cross sections, Mohr's theory

Kompetenzziele
Achieving basic knowledge in applied mechanics, especially in statics and elasticity theory. Achieving basic knowledge on how to produce objects with defined geometry and properties in an effective and economic way.
