Title | Development of an Integrated, Cross-Functional System of KPIs for a Water Utility |
Description | As part of our MigHANA research cooperation and in collaboration with our project partner OOWV, we are developing innovative approaches for a comprehensive KPI system for water utilities. The goal of this master's thesis is to develop an integrated, cross-functional system of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that covers various organizational units of a water utility. This system should encompass not only financial KPIs from management control systems but also operational and sustainability KPIs. These different KPIs should be interrelated and described in the form of a directed acyclic graph (DAG) to provide a holistic view of the company's performance. |
