The first four weeks of the course introduce basic programming concepts in Matlab. In combination with the 3 ECTS from the course "6.02.001 Introductory Statistics" this 3 ECTS programming course serves as qualification for students who did not meet the requirement of 12 ECTS in mathematics / statistics / programming.

- have basic knowledge in statistical testing.
- have developed and applied a programs for the analysis of electrophysiological data.
- have practiced the interpretation of data analysis results in a neuroscience context
