Comment/Description

Die Vorlesung vertieft Aspekte der enzymatischen Katalyse und deren Regulation an ausgesuchten Beispielen (z. B. Serinproteasen, Kinasen, ATPasen und GTPasen; allosterische Regulationen, Inhibitionen, multifunktionelle Enzymkomplexe und gibt eine Einführung in Konzepte der Signaltransduktion).
