This course is open for all doctoral candidates enrolled in the Graduate School Science, Medicine and Technology – OLTECH and an additional offer within the OLTECH mentoring program.
Main topics: How to address / handle different kind of conflicts. What it means to be in a leadership role How to give and receive feedback How to prepare for a job interview How to handle typical job interview questions
The workshop will contain a sequence of interactive (group) exercises, role-plays, self-reflection and theory input. The goal is to expand the self-management skills of the participants.
