This course teaches "Animal handling" AND "Invasive techniques" There are three courses each year: Jan/Feb, April/May, Sept/Oct MANDATORY FOR ADMISSION: 1. Registration by the deadline DEADLINE for registration to the next course is: Thursday, 02.01.2020 2. Answer four polls ("Umfragen") on the StudIP course page: (1) Which animals? (2) Which lab? Or master module? (3) Supervisor's OK? (4) What kind of project? Admission for each animal model is limited and priority is given to those who need the qualification most urgently in order to proceed with their work. IMPORTANT: !! We cannot tolerate any absences in the PRACTICAL PART, as we certify your competence to the Animal Welfare Authority (LAVES) in the end. Background theoretical content will be studied in your own time in the 3 weeks BEFORE the practical part (assume 20 hours for this). You NEED TO PASS an EXAM on this content in order to continue with the practical part of the course. -- |
