Subjects addressed in the sustainability context are: Definitions; demands; purpose and value of sustainability; innovation and tools; license vs. social license to operate, stakeholder management and materiality impact in non-financial categories; risk and opportunities; measurement metrics and impact/outcome of sustainability actions; reporting and report reading; ratings; ESG investing; strategy development. Day 1 – Concepts, risks, and opportunities Day 2 – Sustainable innovations and societal impact Day 3 – Rating, reporting, analysis, and business impact Day 4 – Sustainability strategies Day 5 – Half day company visit Practical exercises and case studies will give hands-on experience. |
