Kommentar/Beschreibung

The concept of the Mentoring is that young researchers get the opportunity to actively address their career options. The programme starts with a workshop with the theme of finding your mentor, who you meet regularly over the year. Furthermore group meetings and workshops on communication, leadership and networking strategies are organized. Additionally the mentees will be coached by Nadia Plothe (http://www.nadja-plothe.de/), who guided different mentoring programmes at the University of Oldenburg since 2013.

If international mentees are in the programme, the workshop language will be English. For PhDs of Oltech, the full mentoring programme will be credited with 6 CP.
