Die Vorlesung "Innovation Management" beleuchtet die Chancen und Erfolgsbedingungen für technische und soziale Innovationen und schafft ein Grundverständnis für die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Steuerung von Innovationsprozessen. Außerdem werden Methoden und Tools des Innovationsmanagements anhand von Praxisbeispielen vorgestellt.
