Skills to be acquired in this module	The students have basic knowledge as well as deeper exemplary knowledge of the constitutional law in relation to the basic rights catalog of the German Grundgesetz have critically examined the most important leading decisions of the Federal Constitutional Court are able to place the constitutional law, respectively the Basic Law in the historical, political and social contexts have mastered the competence to deal independently with current problems and questions from the sphere of influence of the German Basic Law
