Comment/Description

What is meaning and where does it come from?

This course aims to provide the students with a holistic understanding of the differences between meaning in and out of context. Therefore, we are going to investigate the elusive line between semantics and pragmatics.
Throughout this course, semantic and pragmatic theories will be introduced and discussed to aid us in the investigative journey to find the components that make up meaning.
