'Wind Physics Measurement Project' will be offered as online course in SoSe 2020. Angestrebte Lernergebnisse: A student who met the objectives of the course will be able to: - Assess central parameters of wind physics and wind energy, e.g. mean wind speed, turbulence intensity - Find the optimum measurement method for particular tasks in the field of windphysics - Determine the most important parameters concerning the particular task in the field of windphysics - Determine the main sources of uncertainties and errors con- cerning the particulartask - Analyze data in regard of measurement failures, inconsist- encies and processingbugs - Write computer programs to solve tasks in the field of wind physics by means of scientificmethods - Identify the main requirements for a measurement in regard of its intendedpurpose - Present the results and the used methods of the performed assessment in a short report and an oralpresentation |
